Pancake Breakfast to Benefit Officer Sprague Scholarship Fund

On Saturday, March 22, from 8 a.m. to 10 a.m. there is a pancake breakfast at Applebees to benefit the Officer William Jason Sprague Scholarship Fund. Tickets are 5.00 dollars each and can be purchased at the door. Donations will be accepted.

Pink Behind The Thin Blue Line is a support group for officer’s families as well as a community service group. The group is comprised of family members of officers who serve the greater Texarkana area, and pride ourselves in “giving back to the community he protects and serves.” The group was founded by Stephanie Sprague, widow of Officer William Jason Sprague who was killed in the line of duty on June 15, 2013 at Grady T. Wallace Park.
