New National Chain Burger Restaurant Coming to Texarkana

Texarkana is getting a new franchise burger restaurant and will be taking up residence next door to Starbucks off Richmond Road in the former TCBY location.

According to the Texarkana Gazette, Wayback Burgers is an American fast-food chain based out of Cheshire, Connecticut. The restaurant is known for fresh-made burgers, veggie garden burgers, chicken sandwiches, hot dogs, hand-dipped milkshakes, salads, and specialty regional food.

Wayback Burgers one of the nation’s fastest-growing burger franchises, had a record-breaking sales year in 2022. This year Wayback plans on opening 15 to 20 new locations all across the United States including the Texarkana location. Wayback has got several locations throughout Texas and one location in Little Rock, Arkansas.

With a casual diner-type atmosphere and a caring staff that offers great service to their customers and is like a step "Wayback" in a time when things were a lot simpler.

From the classic cheeseburger to the double bacon burger, cheesy burger, or their specialty burgers, you better have a hearty appetite. At Wayback Burgers, you can even craft your own burger to your liking.

If a burger is not your thing they have a variety of chicken sandwiches, chicken tenders, hot dogs, and even the popular Philly Cheesesteak.

Their side items are scrumptious like fresh-cut fries, tater tots, fried pickles, onion rings, and mac and cheese bites that are out of this world.
