Jersey Shore Cast To Get a Six Figure Pay Raise

The cast of the MTV hit "Jersey Shore" just got a major pay raise. The cast have finished negotiating their new salary which will be 100,00 per episode which works out well since the show tapes 13 episodes per season. That brings each cast members salary to 1.3 million.  Don't be so quick to say that it is a little too rich, the show is considered to be the American Idol of cable ratings bringing in more people to the MTV network than any show in the channels existience. That is not all, most cast members get appearance fees as well as endorsements. "The Situation" is set to make about 5 million this year alone.
