Firehouse Subs' new Steak & Cheese Melt is billed as featuring USDA Choice prime rib, covered in melted provolone cheese, and topped with brown sugar caramelized onions with red and green bell peppers, all served up piping hot on their signature top-cut roll.

The new Steak & Cheese Melt was added to Firehouse Subs' menu last month in April of 2026.
