‘Free Cone Day’ At Dairy Queen March 20
Dairy Queens across the nation are bringing in spring in style by giving away cones with the "Free Cone Day" on March 20.
The reason behind this awesome promotion? To celebrate the start of spring and help out a great cause 'The Children's Miracle Network'. Cones will be while supplies last but they are also saying it is just one cone per customer, which is fair.
The cones are free, but they are asking for donations to the 'Children's Miracle Network' as well. Last year Dairy Queen raised $300,000 for the charity. Dairy Queen states that the money they collect will stay locally for healthcare services and critical treatments for children.
Dairy Queen has 6800 locations worldwide. In Texarkana, you have four locations to check out. On Richmond Road, East Street, On Lake Drive, and on 7th Street in Wake Village.
Maria Hokanson, Executive Vice President of Marketing for American Dairy Queen Corporation said
We’re excited for our fourth annual Free Cone Day. This day has become a spring tradition and a sign that warmer weather is upon us.
