Disney Infinity 2.0 Trailer: Touring the New Toy Box

Disney Infinity's "take thoughts right out of our dreams and turn them into a game" continues with the release of a new video all about Disney Infinity 2.0's Toy Box Mode, and there is a LOT to absorb and learn before the game launches.

The video runs through some of the game's new features, like Creators that within minutes create a certain themed area without the player needing to watch it, or Builders, little NPCs that will make the worlds we're creating a little more vibrant and detailed without any input from us. If we don't have time to build our own world and we just want to get to playing, the new Toy Box will come with new Templates that can be customized however we wish. Best of all, a new group of toys will allow players to create much more detailed games than before, adding set beginnings and endings, winners and losers, and allowing for races, exploration adventures, or many more types of games to create.

All of the statues and Power Discs from the original Disney Infinity will be compatible with Toy Box 2.0, and any previous playsets from the first game can be uploaded and updated within 2.0. It'll add a whole new look to worlds you've built before while giving you the opportunity to build even more new ones.

Disney Infinity 2.0: Marvel Super Heroes launches Sept. 23 for Xbox One, PlayStation 4, Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, Wii U, Vita, and PC.
