Community Kickin’ Cancer Event Saturday

"A Community Kickin Cancer" will kick off this Saturday, May 6, from 2:30-9:30PM at the Four States Fairgrounds Oasis. The event will have live entertainment by local artists Josh Lawrence, Relentless and Firewater. There will be  great food, karaoke and fun for the whole family.

The silent auction has more than 40 items and many great prizes, such as, Pat Green Tickets, a Grand Supreme Marriott stay on the coast and several salon and spa baskets. There will also have a raffle for a custom made fire pit.

"A Community Kickin' Cancer" was formed in efforts to raise money for the Amanda Stegall Swanson family. During the planning of this event it became so much more than that and is now a benefit for not only her but many local individuals who are battling cancer in the community.
