City Of Texarkana Fall Festival Thursday Night At Spring Lake Park

The City of Texarkana, Texas Parks & Recreation Department will present its third annual Fall Festival at Spring Lake Park. The Fall Festival is an evening of family fun that will feature bounce houses, face painting, balloons, arts and crafts, games and activities, a costume contest, concession, hay rides and much more. This is an event that’s organized to bring the community together, immediately followed by the movies in the park series. The movie for Thursday night will be ParaNorman.
