The very word queso sounds delicious, mmm cheese and just enough spice, but we want to know what restaurant in Texarkana has the best queso?

So yesterday was national queso day and we asked you our listeners what restaurant in Texarkana had the best queso and your answers did not disappoint. We tallied up the comments and here are your favorite restaurant's queso.

5. Fuzzy's

Coming in 5th place is one of my favorite Mexican restaurants. Fuzzy's has really unique queso with pico on top and their special spice that they dust on the queso and chips.

4. Tamolly's

I have to admit this. I have never had the white queso at Tamolly's. But I am a little weird. When I am not in the mood for Mexican food, I will order a small bowl of yellow queso to go with the cheeseburger I order and dip all of the fries in that gooey goodness.

3. Loca Luna

Loca Luna has a special Queso Fundido that I really need to try. With Monterey Jack, Chorizo, mushrooms, and pico it sounds delicious.

2. On The Border

The signature queso has seasoned ground beef, guacamole and sour cream, and their signature chips.

1. Amigo Juan's

And the undisputed number one spot is Amigo Juan's. The chicken flautas with the white queso are my go-to order when I go to Amigo Juan's.

Now there were some other local restaurants to get votes like Hopkins' Icehouse, Jerry's Drive-in, Zapatas as well as Tacos 4 Life. Did we miss any restaurants that have great Queso? Let us know in the comments.
