Bass Tournament to Benefit Genoa High School Bass Club
The 1st Annual 5 Alive Big Bass Tournament in happening this Saturday April 27th at Lake Wright Patman near Texarkana.The event will benefit the Genoa Central High School Bass Club. It's a $50 entry fee (80% payback based on 40 entries) with an optional $10 big bass pot (100% payback)
1st place is $750
2nd place-$400
3rd place- $200
4th place- $150
5th place- $100
On your hole start at 6 a.m. All fish must be brought to weigh-in live in a bag with water. Dead Fish Will Not Be Weighed. Minimum length limit will be 14", official measuring board will be the Gator Grip Golden Rule.
Life jackets must be worn any time combustion engine is above idle speed. This is a 5 fish tournament (individual or team) and you may fish alone. Fishing ends at 3 p.m. Weigh-in will close at 3:30 p.m. You must be in line by 3:30 to be allowed to weigh-in.
This is a benefit tournament for kids. No alcohol is permitted during the tournament hours or a weigh-in. Sportsmanship will be practiced at all times. Entries may be paid at Baits-N-Blades (cash only) inside the Pleasant Grove Pharmacy. $10 late fee after April 19th.
