Texarkana's most unique night spot the 1923 Banana Club will have a very spooky show for you, "An Evening With The Phantom".

Here is what the 1923 Banana Club had to say about this great show:

An Evening With The Phantom" is a Live Play and Dinner Show. This is a fictitious adaptation of real events that happened in Texarkana in the year 1946. It is not intended to be perfectly accurate, but is intended to take you back to a Dark and Painful period in Texarkana's history.

Just to give you a heads up this show will be some strong language and violence as well as some sexual content but there will be no nudity. The show has the following dates October 8, 15, 22, and 29. Doors open at 5:30 with all shows beginning at 6 pm.

Tickets for this show begin at just $35 and can be purchased here. If you need to know the location of the 1923 Banana Club here is a quick Google Map for you.

If you have not visited the 1923 Banana Club this is what club owner Davis Peavey had to say about this truly unique spot.

The inspiration for the speakeasy came from the way it looked when they first started work. The art deco style was showing in the original basement's look and they went with it. The goal is for you to feel like you went back in time. David said he wants 'people who walk through these doors to feel cooler than before they walked in.

I have a complete story with tons of pictures highlighting all of the unique fixtures and decor of the 1923 Banana Club and you can see it here.
