5 Cool Things To Do In Texarkana This Weekend

With the weekend here, I wanted to let you know about some cool things happening in Texarkana this weekend.

1. Moonlight and Movies there is a free movie tonight at the Ace of Clubs House. Tonight's movie is 'Mame' info and trailer are here.

2. Splash Pad. You can cool off on these hot days for free at the Texarkana Rotary Splash Pad in Spring Lake park. Information.

3. Texarkana Cajun Catfish Festival. This is the second year for this event that is held downtown. This festival is going on for two days Friday and Saturday.  Information.   

4. Fireworks shows in the area. There are a few fireworks shows going on in town and you can  find out all the information on those  here.

5. Great Live Music. There is always a great selection of music to check out in the Texarkana area. Jason Boland and the Stranglers highlight some great live music in town this weekend details. here.
