As Justin Bieber makes headlines for what many perceive as self-absorbed or clueless behavior, actor Will Smith and his wife Jada Pinkett Smith have defended him.  Now, Will says that Justin's real problem is that he's suffering from "immature adulthood."

Will says, "I talk to Justin once a week and Justin is suffering from immature adulthood in the media and surrounding world.  Justin's not doing anything that a normal 19-year-old wouldn't want to do and wouldn't need to do to become a man."

The actor adds, "The transition from boyhood to manhood is a very difficult transition that he's handling on a world stage, better than 95 percent of the people who talk s**t about him."

Of course, Will isn't the only person supporting Justin: he's got millions and millions of devoted fans following him on Twitter.  Well, 38 million to be exact.  When his Twitter feed hit that number on Tuesday, he tweeted, "#38MillionBeliebers#38MillionBeliebersStrong #FAMILY thru thick and thin #PROUD and not going anywhere.  Love u all & Thank u for Believing."

He added, "Blessed to do what I do and see the world. Thanks.  Yeah my fans are passionate and maybe a little crazy. But they are my kinda crazy. #beliebers go hard. Love u."

The singer also tweeted, "Thinking about putting out my music journals from the road."  Why not?  He's already published two installments of his autobiography.
