Major League Baseball Player, Will Middlebrooks, a Texarkana native raised $55,000 for the family of his friend Jonathan Price, a childhood friend who was shot and killed in East Texas by police on Oct. 3..The former Red Sox player took to social media to express his sadness and anger after his friend and former teammate, Jonathan Price, who is an African American man was fatally shot by police. Price was at a gas station attempting two break up a fight between a man and a woman when he was shot by police in the chest and back.
