Madonna’s Super Bowl XLVI Halftime Show Much More Entertaining Than The Game
My Big Game weekend was pizza and the family in front of the TV. I was looking forward to the commercials and maybe an occasional decent play in the game between two teams I really didn't care about. The halftime show was actually something I was looking forward to, and I am proud to say I am a Madonna fan. The halftime show was a golden, gladiator-inspired spectacle that featured Madonna and some current pop stars like LMFAO, Nicki Minaj, M.I.A. and Cee Lo Green.
Without going into too much detail, this was by far one of the best halftime shows since Janet Jackson decided she would show us more than we really wanted to see of herself . The halftime shows that have followed since 'the incident' have been well lame. Even though it was lip synced, the set was awesome and the performances by the supporting cast was great. I am really looking forward to the release of Madonna's new song 'Give Me All Your Luvin'. Of course the performance did not go without a hitch. On the performance of 'Give Me All Your Luvin', Madonna was performing with Nicki Minaj and M.I.A. of 'Paper Planes' fame. M.I.A. decided she would flip off the camera and tell everyone they were number one. It was tastefully blurred out to keep everything in check. Check out a video the performance.
