The Texarkana Animal League is holding a Smooch a Pooch kissing booth at the Junior League's Mistletoe Fair at the Four States Fairgrounds Entertainment Center this weekend. Thursday night and all day Friday, Saturday and Sunday you can come by and kiss an adorable puppy or dog and help out a great cause.
