Crawfish Season is Almost Here! [PHOTOS/VIDEOS/INFORMATION]

It is just about time to enjoy eating mudbugs again. Yes, you read that correct. Crawfish season is about to begin.

While it will still be several months before we get any mudbugs in Texarkana, Crawfish Palace in Haughton, Louisiana is one of the first places in the area to serve crawfish. They pull their crawfish from somewhere in South Louisiana. I have spoken with one of the owners every week for the past 3 weeks and it looks like the weekend after Thanksgiving will be their season opener. Updates to follow!
