Veronica is a pitt mixed possibly with hound. She was found as a stray in April and has been at the shelter waiting for a new home since her owners did not reclaim her. She is around six to eight months old and a total princess--very sweet!
Veronica is great on a leash. She loves to play. She is a very happy dog.

This adorable litter of kittens desperately needs a foster home AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. Their mother was ran over and killed last week so the kitties are venturing through the warehouse and parking lot of a local business. They are in danger of the same fate as their mother.

Maggie is a gorgeous one and a half year old Great Dane/Pitt. She is already spayed and is current on vaccinations. She was just surrendered to the shelter on Monday because the owner had something come up and couldn't care for her anymore. Maggie is good on a leash. She is also good with other dogs.

Bobby was our May 14, 2013 dog for Provide a Pet a Pad on Power 95.9. He has SO much potential but unfortunately, after weeks of being confined and bullied, he has developed a strong dislike for his kennel mate and has started fighting with him. There is not enough room at the shelter for Bobby to be in a kennel of his own. He will either need to be adopted or fostered within the next two days or he faces being put to sleep.
Daisy is a very sweet Basset Hound. She is 2 years old and already spayed. She is house-trained too. Her owners had to downsize and the home they moved to would not allow dogs so Daisy is now looking for a new family to take her in. Daisy appears to be good with children too. She longs for a family to love her and give her a chance.

Hope is a little over one year old. She is a chihuahua with a lot of personality. Friendly and playful. Hope is good with children. She is adorable and fun.

Adele is a little over one year old. She looks big but she isn't. She is a medium-size dog, approximately 20 pounds. She loves to play ball and is very sweet. Very loyal.
Adele looks like a pomeranian mix--I actually had two poms bigger than her. Great dogs!
Sierra is a German Shepherd Dog that was last seen in the Genoa area this weekend. She is approximately 4 to 5 years old, very-very friendly, wearing a red collar with tags at the time she disappeared. Her ears are up-right, but she tends to put them down a lot too. Nina is a young beautiful Yellow Labrador Retriever. She was an owner surrender - reason unknown. Nina is house trained. She is great with kids and very friendly. Nina is energetic and loves to play.
Her Animal Identification Number is 58183 and she is in Kennel D2, which is the second kennel on the right-hand side of the Adoption Floor.
Bonita is the sweetest dog. She is probably almost two years old and weighs around 15 pounds. She is a just-the-right-size lap dog. She loves to be carried and curls around your hand to fit perfectly.
When we went outside and she was a lot of fun. She is super fast too. Her tail curls so cute over her back. Bonita has a very sweet soul. She loves people. Legend is a two year old mastiff mix. He is a big, sweet, loveable dog. He is very playful and will need a yard to romp. Legend is a manly-man's dog. He likes to play yet he also seems to have a gentle side for children. He weighs approximately 80 pounds.
