After weeks of waiting and tracking where Congress is in the process of getting a third stimulus relief fund check to Americans, it will make a big step this week in directions closer to your/my bank account or mail box.

According to a Yahoo report, Congress is rushing the legislation process along this week to ensure COVID Relief legislation (a $1.9 trillion package) gets on the president’s desk before the March 14th expiration date of Unemployment Insurance benefits. The race is to make sure Americans, who are out of work and currently receiving the $300 a week unemployment bonus, do not experience a lapse in benefits when they end.

So all and all..... If all goes well and according to planned, President Biden will have the  bill signed before March 14. Once signed the IRS could start distributing checks within days. This means you and I could get our checks around the second week of March.

President Biden has not mixed words about how puny he felt the first two stimulus (or would that be stimuli.... hmmm) checks were that Americans received.

"We committed to you, Democrat and Republican, a $2,000 stimulus check. $600 came forward last time around. Another $1,400 will be coming,"he said in a video recently released on Twitter.
