I have used all three of these excuses, but one in particular is probably the worst: "I'm tired."  Here are the three most common excuses we use for not working out and why they're all lame.  Sadly, they all sound pretty familiar.

Everyone who has used at least one of these please raise your hand right now. Here are the most common excuses and why they are so bad, according to BroBible / Mayo Clinic:

1.  "I don't have time."  If you have kids or a crazy schedule, it might be hard to make time.  But you can get a good workout in your living room in 30 minutes.  So if you have time to watch another episode of "Maury," you've got time to work out.

2.  "It hurts."  This is basically another way of saying, "I don't like it because it's hard."  If you have an actual injury see a doctor. But most of the time you just have to push through the pain, and then it starts to get easier.  And as you get stronger, it starts to hurt less and less.

3.  "I'm too exhausted."  Again, this is like saying, "I don't like it because it's hard."  But the irony is that exercise gives you more energy. When you work out, your body sends more oxygen and nutrients to your muscles and makes your cardiovascular system work better.  All of this gives you more endurance, and more energy in general.
