What Do You Think – Expensive Concert Tickets That My Stepdaughter Wants

My stepdaughter wants to go to the One Direction concert in Dallas this summer. She also wants to take a friend. The tickets are over $300. What do you think?

She says she will pay for her ticket and help out on the friend's ticket. She is 13 years old. We do not feel that she can go unchaperoned. What should we do?
