Wes Needs A New Phone What Do You Recommend, Android or iPhone?

Technology is a great thing, we use it every day. The company I work for embraces it and we are encouraged to learn the most cutting edge technology to keep up. Well here is my problem.  I have had this Blackberry for a while and only have a few gripes about the camera and the lack of a decent video camera.  My question for you is this. Android or I Phone? I know both have their pluses and minuses, but which one do you have, and why?
