The Texarkana Independent School District has a couple of things you need to know about before this Summer.

The school district is offering an intramural track program. This program will have meets scheduled throughout the Summer and is open to all TISD, St. James Day School, and Redlick ISD students from Pre-k through the 11th grade. Practices will be held one night a week and they will hold UIL sanctioned track meets on June  10, 17th, and 24th. The track meets will be from 3 pm until 9 pm. The Texarkana Independent School District is also offering a Summer Camp for kids from ages 4 through 13. The TISD Tiger Learning Center Summer Camp will take place from Monday through Friday from 7 am until 6 pm and the camp will be taking place at two schools, Spring Lake Park Elementary Tiger Learning Center at 4324 Ghio Fish Boulevard, and Wake Village Elementary School Tiger Learning Center at 400 Wildcat Drive.

The camps will offer great Summer fun for your kids with weekly field trips, Lego fun, science, art, with clubs and music listening area, video games, and STEM activities will be included as well.
