The Great Texarkana Duck Race is August 20 — Get Your Ducks in a Row Now

The Great Texarkana Duck Race is this Saturday, August 20 at Holiday Springs Water Park. The fun starts at 9AM with kid's activities including Monkey Island and Splash Mountain. Also enjoy music and food prior to the race. 

At 10AM thousands of ducks will be turned loose to bob and bounce in the lazy river racing for the finish line to win tons of prizes for their lucky duck adopters. The winner gets a 2016 Kia Soul Wagon. Ducks are still available for adoption at $5 each or get six for $25. You can adopt your ducks online or stop by Duck Central at Christus St. Michael on St. Michael Drive in Texarkana, Texas. You can even adopt your duck at the event on Saturday. Each duck adoption includes one free entry into Holiday Springs Water Park from 9AM to 11AM the day of the race. Monkey Island and Splash Mountain will be open during this event for the kids to enjoy.
