As she was helping him get into his car she saw his wallet laying on the car seat and took it. A few minutes later he couldn't find his wallet and assumed he left it at the house, well it was not there. Then the victim received a call a few days later from police that found his wallet in the trash can of a women's restroom, but the wallet was empty.

TTPD stated;

Detective Jennifer Billingsley found surveillance video that showed the whole thing happened just as the man told us and had some pretty good shots of the woman's face and long bleached hair. We're hoping that someone will recognize her or her camo green colored SUV. Detective Billingsley would love to talk to her about the victim's missing money.
