Leadership Texarkana

Leadership Texarkana is now taking applications for the 2017-2018 Leadership Texarkana Class. Only 30 future leaders will be accepted so get those applications in as soon as possible. This is a great opportunity to learn leadership skills while learning more about our community.

Nominees have been announced for the 2016 Wilbur Awards for Community Leadership presented annually to individuals, organizations, and student leaders who epitomize the power of one entity or individual to positively impact our community and region as models of effective leadership and of working together with others to make best use of resources for our community’s best future.

Leadership Texarkana is currently accepting applications for its annual youth leadership program.

Leadership Texarkana is now taking applications for the 2015-2016 LT Class. Only 30 future leaders will be accepted so get those applications in as soon as possible. This is a great opportunity to learn leadership skills while learning more about your community. A social is scheduled for June 8 to afford those interested in the program to ask questions and mingle with other potential classmates. 

Leadership Texarkana is bringing big names to Leadercast this year. The event is Friday, May 8, from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Truman Arnold Center at Texarkana College.

World renowned leaders will be showcased during Leadership 2015 in Texarkana.

Leaders of the twin cities will get together this week to talk about common ground. Leadership Texarkana will host the joint meeting.

Congratulations to all of the winners! The annual event to honor the winners of the Wilbur Smith Award and the Idalee Hawkins Award was recently held. The honorees are all very deserving for all that the do in our community. The achievements of each recipient is below their photos--I bet you know some of these folks.
