Rihanna has gone from "yellow diamonds in the light" to just "Diamonds." That's the name of her new single, and it'll make its debut this Wednesday at 8 a.m. ET on radio stations worldwide.  At 9 a.m. ET, the song will hit iTunes.  "Diamonds" inspired the title of Ri-Ri's upcoming world tour, which kicks off March 8 in Buffalo, New York.  Tickets are currently on sale; the tour is scheduled to wrap May 4 in Brooklyn, New York.

The artwork for "Diamonds" shows a pair of female hands, which we assume are Rihanna's, rolling what appears to be a cigarette, but instead of tobacco, she's rolling loose diamonds.

"Diamonds," the first single from Rihanna's seventh album, was produced by Stargate, the team behind her hits "Unfaithful," "Take a Bow," "Only Girl (in the World)," "What's My Name" and "Don't Stop the Music."
