Rain Has Turned Mimi’s Road Home into a Scary Tree-covered Path

We've had so much rain this week in the Texarkana area that the trees on either side of the road leading to my house are water-logged and leaning so low that the road looks more like a path.

When I moved to this house in the country, I drove a Montero and a Mustang, neither of which could make it down it now. When I first looked I thought branches were across the road.

I never know what excitement awaits when I go home.
