'Pitch It Texarkana' Is Back, Your Best Idea Could Get You $7500

If you have ever watched the show Shark Tank on ABC then you have some idea of what is about to happen right here in Texarkana. Here it's called "Pitch It", and if your idea is the right one, it's could get you $7500 to start working on it.

While Texarkana's "Pitch It" doesn't have a national format and big-time bazillionaires to promise you all sorts of fanciful things like manufacturing, distribution, advertising, and all that. What they do have is business leaders and experts, and some money to help you get started if yours is chosen as the best idea presented.

How many of you have said at one time or another in your life;

"I have this great idea, if I just had a little money to get started..."

Well, here's your chance.

How It Works

Get your ducks in a row for this part, you have 3 minutes in which to verbally present your idea to the judges. Can you use visual aids? Of course, you can. But remember, you only have 3 minutes, so keep it simple and understandable.

Your idea has to be an original presentation, it cannot be purchased or copied from another person/company. This has to be your own concept, it cannot be a slightly-altered idea that belongs to someone else.

Three Prizes:

1st Prize - $7500
2nd Prize - $5000
3rd Prize - $2500

Will They Ask Questions?

You bet the judges will be asking questions, things like:

Who or what is your target market?
How large is that market?
Do you know your competition?
