New Starbucks Coming to the Fast-Growing West Side of Texarkana

Many of you may have already heard about this but if not a new Starbucks is coming to Texarkana.

Starbucks the very popular coffee chain has plans to build next to Walk-Ons Bistreaux on the fast-growing west side of Texarkana. According to developer Richard Reynolds with Reynold Realty Management, the new Starbucks location is part of the Waggoner Creek Crossing development.

I would think with the new Wadley Hospital and St. Michael care facility it's just a matter of time before that whole area starts to boom. This will make the third stand-alone Starbucks store in Texarkana in addition to the Richmond Road and State Line Avenue locations.

Starbucks is very popular with the college crowd too as it's a great place for doing homework and gathering with other students, according to the Texarkana Gazette.

If all goes according to plan, the new Starbucks should be open for business at the end of this year.

The new Starbucks will be located at 5211 West Park Blvd.
