Live Music in Texarkana This Weekend

Summer is in full swing and the Texarkana area music scene is hot this weekend.

Fat Jacks is a Texarkana institution and has a great lineup of live music this weekend. Thursday night is Matt Boyd and friends, and Saturday night is the always entertaining 2013 East Texas Music Awards R&B / Soul Group Of The Year, Lady Chazz And The Tramps.

Scottie's Grill is on Highway 67 and the outdoor stage will have some great music this weekend. Saturday night you can check out local band Strangelove.

Then Nebraska native and Americana rocker Evan Bartles takes the stage.

Hopkin's Icehouse Downtown Texarkana has the 2 Pianos Saturday night.
