Ke$ha Sends Message from Rehab: “I’ll Be Back Soon and Better than Ever”

Via Twitter, Ke$ha has sent her fans word from rehab, where she's battling an eating disorder: she's doing great, and really appreciates all their support.  Unfortunately, she wasn't able to send that message herself.

"This is Kesha's friend. She asked me to tweet an update for her because she doesn't have access to Twitter right now," reads a posting on the singer's account.  The friend continues, "She says 'THANK YOU. SOOO MUCH. I'm overwhelmed to tears by all of the love, letters, and support!! I'll be back soon and better than ever.'"

And because this is Ke$ha, she couldn't resist giving a shout-out to her fans in her typical rowdy manner. The friend adds, "ohhh and she can't believe Timber is still number one! She says 'F*&% YEAH animals! PARTY ON!!!!'"

Ke$ha entered rehab on January 3 to receive treatment for her eating disorder, which her mother has said was brought on by body-shaming and bullying by the singer's producer and her former manager.  According to her mom, Ke$ha was in such bad shape when she checked into the rehab facility in Chicago that doctors were surprised she was still alive.
