This Arkansas Town is Now Listed as A Top 10 World Destination

Arkansas has a town that has made "THE" list, the big list of the Top 10 World destinations. Can you believe it? That would be destinations on the planet. Which town is it? Hang on, let's check out which cities also made the list. 

Frankly, I agree, having been to this Arkansas city twice, and my wife and I love it. We had no idea it would rank up there with these destinations:

#5. Memphis, Tennessee

Indeed...  with the Southern roots of the Blues, Rock & Roll, and even Country music including Graceland, Memphis BBQ, St Jude Children's Hospital and so much more, it's no surprise this city made the list.

#4. Antigua, Guatalama

I have never been there but I do have several friends who have and they just loved it. Amazing old-world charm with colorful buildings, nice people, and even a volcano. It is absolutely on my bucket list for someday.

#3. Stavanger, Norway

It's the first time I've ever heard of this beautiful city in Norway. After scanning a few pictures around the area on Google Maps, I think you'll agree it belongs on the list.

#2. Gizo, Solomon Islands

Whenever the conversation comes around to islands, unless they are near the poles of our little blue planet, I'm in. Especially a drop-dead gorgeous destination like this.

#1. Yucatán, Mexico

The Yucatan Peninsula in Mexico is one of the most amazing places I've ever seen. The Mayan ruins at Chechen Itza are incredible and the beaches all over that part of the world will blow your mind. Been there, done that, would go back again tomorrow.

#10. Eureka Springs, Arkansas

Who knew? While there are many beautiful locations in the Great State of Arkansas, not many compare to the natural beauty of Eureka Springs. No matter what you like to do on vacation or a short getaway, you will probably find it there. Hiking trails, mountainous terrain, ghost hunting in old hotels, shopping, healing spring waters, and even religious pilgrimages can be had if your destination is Eureka Springs.
