Flash Mob Dance And Fall Festival Saturday

The annual fall festival and flash mob dance will be this weekend in downtown Texarkana.

The fall festival has free admission. The festival will take place on Saturday from11am-8pm. There will be food trucks for the entire time and there will be arts and crafts vendors from 1 pm - 6 pm. They will have a trunk or treat at 4:30 as well.

This open call is for kids of all ages and it is easy to get involved. the past two years have been a huge success and Shelia Lamon talked about how much fun it was last year. The flash mob danced to the Michael Jackson song "Thriller".

It started out with 12 to 15 people dancing in the street, practicing for the flash mob dance then people would see ask if they could join in. Before we knew it, the mob grew to 60 or 70 people. Everyone will be dressed and made up like zombies. They worked their butts off so ya'll come down and watch.

The exact time of the flash dance is not being released but last year it took place after 4PM during the Fall Festival in downtown Texarkana.
