'Encanto' Wraps Up The Free Movies In The Park In Texarkana

The Texarkana, Texas Parks and Recreations Department wraps up its "Free Movies In The Park' for the Summer with the Disney Movie "Encanto" on Thursday.

The "Free Movies in the Park" are shown in the field across from the old airplane in Spring Lake Park and begin between 7 and 8. The movies are free of charge and the Texarkana Parks Department wants to promote a very family-friendly atmosphere so no alcohol or smoking is allowed.

Make sure to bring blankets and chairs for you to sit on and you are allowed to bring food and drinks as well. Get there early to get a good seat. With this week's movie being 'Encanto' it may be a bit busier than usual. Concessions will be available.
