COVID-19: Texarkana Area Update for Friday Afternoon, June 5

Bowie County Emergency Operations Center reports a total of 173 positive COVID-19 cases, with 88 recoveries and 13 related deaths. Cass County has a total of 32 with 27 recoveries and 1 death. The Texas Department of Criminal Justice reports 83 positive cases at the Barry B. Telford Unit.

Miller County has 50 total cases, 7 active positive cases, 773 negative results, 42 recovered, 1 death. (Updated 6/5/20)
