Countdown to the Duck Race — Get Your Ducks Now

The Duck Race is this Saturday and if you haven't adopted your duck yet, you'd better get your ducks in a row! You have a chance to win a car and many other great prizes.

The duck race is 9 AM to 11 AM on Saturday, Aug. 22 at Holiday Springs Water Park and benefits cancer patient care at W. Temple Webber Cancer Center. The fun starts at 9 a.m. with kids activities, music and food. At 10 a.m. thousands of ducks will race for the finish line and one of them could be yours!

First prize is 2015 Kia Rio from Classic Kia. Adopt a duck for $5 each or get six for $25. You can adopt your ducks online at Christus St. Michael Foundation or stop by Duck Central at Christus St. Michael. Each duck adoption includes a free entry into Holiday Springs Water Park from 9 AM.to 11 AM on Saturday to watch the Duck Race. Monkey Island and Splash Mountain Texarkana will be open. Adopt your ducks today!
