Choose Your Favorite Texarkana Water Tower Paint Design [POLL]

The City of Texarkana Texas MUST re-paint the water tower on I-30, and want you to give some feedback on the options... Can you help choose?

The city of Texarkana Texas posted these options on their Facebook page and are asking for your opinion. Here are a couple of things to keep in mind. The tower must be painted, the old paint is peeling and chipping on the outside and inside of the water tower and it has already been decided that the "Twice as Nice" and "Texarkana, U.S.A." will be on the tower.
