With the weather feeling more like fall every day why don't you take a 'Fall 'Bike Tour' in downtown Texarkana?

These downtown bike tours are going on now through early next month. This is what the Texarkana Parks and Recreation Department had to say about these unique tours:

The Tours will be each Friday from October 14th to November 4th at 5:30 PM.  The tours will begin at the Museum of Regional History, 219 N. Stateline Ave., Texarkana, TX 75501, and end at Pecan Point Brewery for free appetizers!  The Tour is free for those with bicycles, and $5.00 if a participant needs to rent a bicycle.

To support this effort, free guided bike tours of the District will end this Friday. Tours will begin at the Museum of Regional History and take place from 5:30 – 6:30 PM. Participants can rent a bike from Texarkana’s UPcycle Bike Rental Program or bring their own.

While reservations are not required, bike rentals are limited and will be handled on a first-come, first-served basis. You can rent them here. Tours are limited to 15 bikes. And you are encouraged to bring your own bike. Free appetizers at Pecan Point will follow the bike tours.
