Basset Hound at Animal Shelter in Texarkana [VIDEO]

This sweet basset hound is at the animal shelter in the downstairs area which is where most dogs are while they are waiting for their owners to reclaim them or waiting for a spot to open on the adoption floor.

It is a female that seems to have that sad faced basset thing going on pretty strong. She cried every time I walked away from her kennel.
