Annual Toys for Tots Bike Ride Sunday – Here’s Where to See it
If you love motorcycles then get ready because it’s almost time for the annual “Toys for Tots Ride” The ride is this Sunday, Sunday, December 13 and it’ll start at 10AM at Central Mall.
This year’s been a challenge with the pandemic affecting a lot of charities. This year the Marine Corp Toys for Tots campaign needs your help more than ever as they will be helping over 4,000 children in the area.
You can help this Sunday by bringing a new unwrapped toy to the Central Mall parking lot near J.C. Penny.
The ride starts at 10:00 am and will arrive back at the mall parking lot around 11AM. There will be Toys for Tots boxes set up for toy donations.
The parade route will start at Central Mall then get on I-30 and go west to the Kings Hwy Exit. Then it will head to Hwy 82 then back to 7th Street and go north on Stateline. They will then turn on to Texas Blvd off Stateline and go to College Drive to Richmond Road. From Richmond Road they will head to Calhorn Creek and back to Central Mall.
At noon you can join the fun at the Elk’s Lodge on New Boston Road with food, entertainment and an auction. Admission is a new unwrapped toy or $5. All proceeds go to buy toys for the Toys for Tots Campaign.
