Would You Have a Microchip Implant to Verify Information?
This will most certainly get the conspiracy theorists talking about a controversial new microchip that is being designed to fit under your skin that can be scanned to acknowledge your vaccine passport.
A new company Epicenter is the developer of this new technology that when you scan your arm with your mobile phone you will hear a beep that verifies your COVID-19 passport. The technology being used is something we are already use NFC, which stands for near-field- communications.
Once the microchip implant is done it will enable data to be sent to any compatible device with the stored data. The implant is about the size of a grain of rice and can be implanted under the arm or pointer finger near the thumb.
According to this video from Tech 2025, an implant would give access to medical records, and passports to individuals while giving the user the freedom of replacing business cards, key fobs, ID cards, and a variety of other things.
The good news is that if you don't like it you can have them removed but the goal is to have around 50 percent of the population implanted by 2025. The new Epicenter microchip is not available just yet but there are other companies in America that are already using this type of technology for their employees for other things, most recently in 2017, a company called Three Square Market.
I know all this sounds like some science fiction movie we've all seen but the truth of the matter is, the future is here. The question is, Would you have a microchip implant done if asked? Or if you were told if you want to remain employed with this company or for other specified reasons that were noted in this story, would you be willing to do it?
Many of you will have an opinion on this I'm sure and some will say this is the mark of the beast or just the government wanting to take control of your life.
What do you think? If this technology makes it to Texarkana would you do it?
