When it comes to famous actors in Arkansas, there is plenty that hails from the Natural state, one actor, in particular, Clark Duke.
Before you say, who? Let me give you a refresher course on 36-year-old Clark Duke from Glenwood, Arkansas a small town located in the foothills of the Ouachita Mountains. Not only is Clark an actor he is also a comedian and director. Of course, you've seen him before!
The most notable movies he has appeared in include Hot Tub Machine Kick-Ass, Superbad, and Sex Drive, a voice actor in The Croods, and co-starred with Eddy Murphy in A Thousand Words as well as countless other films.
In television, he was cast as Clark Green in The Office, played Dale Kettlewell in Greek, and as Barry in Two and a Half Men. Duke was only 7 years old when he landed his first role on Hearts Afire (CBS) from 1992-1995. All in all, he has been entertaining millions of fans for over 25 years and still counting.
Clark has always wanted to be a director at an early age and he got his opportunity when he met up with actor Michael Cera at Loyola Marymount University in California. The two collaborated on a new film "Clark and Michael" then in 2020, he directed his first movie, Arkansas which was filmed in the state for which he also co-starred with Liam Hemsworth, Michael Kenneth Williams, Vince Vaughn, John Malkovich, and Vivica A. Fox. The movie was about two friends who work for a Chicago drug lord they never met while living in Arkansas.
