‘The Voice’ proves it is the one singing competition show with real talent, as several of the contestants shined during their stripped-down performances in the Live Playoff Round last night.

To kick things off, Team Adam and Team Usher performed songs that their team leaders picked for each contestant. Both teams have two outstanding contenders and either Usher or Adam Levine could win this season. The most disappointing moment of the night came from Càthia who sang Whitney Houston’s ‘I Have Nothing. The singer tried, but failed at the plate and gave a mediocre karaoke version of the song.

VEDO is the one to watch on Team Usher; he really made Phil Collins' ‘Against All Odds (Take a Look at Me Now)’ his own. While Michelle Chaumel made Usher misty-eyed with her emotional performance of Cyndi Lauper’s ‘True Colors.’

The episode ended with the unstoppable Judith Hill, who performed ‘Feeling Good’ and like every other performance she gives, she leaves the judges speechless and searching for words that they haven’t already used on her perfection. It’s ridiculous that Judith doesn’t have a record contract at this point in her career.
