We will set our clocks back by one hour this weekend. You'll get an extra hour of sleep and feel like you are late every where you go for the first week or two but the downside is it will likely be dark by the time you get home from work.

If you are tired today because of the time change, you are not alone obviously. We are pretty sleepy this morning. It usually takes a week or two for me to adjust. Hopefully being tired will be the only side effect you have from springing the clocks forward but there are actually four ways daylight savings can affect your health.

Its time to get that extra hour of daylight when you get home in the afternoon/evening.  Most of the United States begins Daylight Saving Time at 2:00 a.m. on the second Sunday in March and goes back to standard time on the first Sunday in November.
