Texarkana College celebrated the completion of more than 340 Fall 2020 graduates during the commencement ceremony that debuted on December 15, 2020. At Monday’s board meeting the Texarkana College Trustees approved the institution’s two-year strategic plan including its mission, core values and beliefs, top priorities, and goals. The approval of the plan solidifies measurable goals for the College that will strengthen the base of skilled and prepared employees available for the regional workforce.

In a board meeting yesterday, Texarkana College trustees learned that TC can now take their enrollment services on the road thanks to a new customized trailer and pickup truck provided through a grant from the Texas Pioneer Foundation.

At today’s (Monday, August 17) meeting, Texarkana College trustees adopted the 2020-21 tax rate of $.123081 for TC’s taxing district which includes all of Bowie County.
