Congratulations to Mr Musgraves – Selected as One of Top 12 Educators in Arkansas
On July 13, Secretary of Arkansas Department of Elementary and Secondary Education Johnny Key announced the 12 regional finalists for the 2021 Arkansas Teacher of the Year. Mr Musgraves, a 4th-grade teacher at College Hill Elementary was named among the top 12 educators in the state of Arkansas.
