This little girl was dumped in a ditch on Kings Highway with her brothers a couple of months ago. Originally there were five puppies but now just this little girl and two of her brothers remain at the shelter. They are all GREAT with kids! This sweet girl puppy is very loving, likes to cuddle and at times can be a bit shy at times.

Dixie is a two year old German Shepherd that is a dream on a leash. She is house-trained too! She is playful and has a great temperament. She is not a fan of little dogs or cats though. Dixie is up to date on her vaccinations and heartworm prevention. These puppies were dumped in a ditch on Kings Highway in Texarkana, Texas recently. The momma dog was with the originally but was no were to be seen when the puppies were picked up. There were originally five puppies but one is no longer with them so we are hoping to find the four remaining pups new homes. These puppies are GREAT with Kids!

It's time for our annual Toys for Tots drive - 'Operation Toy Wars' - with the local U.S. Marine Reserve! This year the event will be held on Wednesday, Dec. 5. from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
