LifeShare Blood Centers

LifeShare is having a blood drive on Thursday, July 30, 2015 from 9:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Texarkana College of Cosmetology. All donors will receive a free t-shirt.

LifeShare is having a blood drive on Saturday, July 25 from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. at Whiskey River-Harley Davidson. All donors will receive a free t-shirt.

Every summer LifeShare Blood Centers conduct the Mash Bash blood drive. It is a two-day event that wraps up today, Thursday, July 16, from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. All donors will get a Mash Bash T-shirt and lunch or dinner. The center only had 110 units donated yesterday. Their goal was 150 units. So today they need some serious help to make up for yesterday and hit their goal of 190 units.

LifeShare Blood Centers of Texarkana is holding a blood drive on Wednesday, April 29 from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. at Bi-State Justice Building in Downtown Texarkana. All donors will receive a free t-shirt.

LifeShare Blood Centers is hosting an emergency blood drive today, Monday, March 2 from 1 p.m. to 6 p.m. at Domtar in Ashdown. There is an urgent need for all blood types. Bad weather has caused several blood drives to be cancelled and many people have not been able to make it to the center to donate. Please help spread the word that blood donations are needed.

There is a blood drive on Saturday, Oct. 11 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. at Anytime Fitness on Trinity Blvd in Texarkana. There will also be a live DJ playing tunes; the Marines will have their Pull-up contest so you can show your strength and you can get your blood pressure checked. Free drinks!

A pint for a pound--or actually a pound and a half. If you donate during the blood drive on Saturday at LifeShare Blood Center on College Drive you will get a good ole Cajun-style lunch of crawfish, corn and potatoes along with a super cool looking t-shirt!
