Update: Amber Alert From Dallas Area Found Safe
Update: The TTPD stated on their Facebook page at 1:15PM (September 23) this Amber Alert has been discontinued and she has been found safe.

Earlier:
An Amber Alert was issued this morning for a three-year-old little girl from the Dallas area. The Texarkana Texas Police Department shared the alert on their Facebook page just in case they come through the Texarkana area.
